    For sourced Antique pieces it can be from two weeks, if you need a piece urgently please get in touch.

    Once your piece is ready, it will then be sent via DHL & Royal Mail

Warranty & Repair

  • All pieces are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty includes manufacturing faults, repairs, and resizing where applicable. The warranty does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or loss.

  • We provide aftercare and repair services for all of our pieces. Whether it’s a clasp repair, resizing, or professional cleaning, we want to ensure your jewellery lasts for generations.

Returns & Refunds

  • Each bespoke piece is individually designed and handcrafted to order. Due to the personalised nature of these commissions, once the design has been approved or production has commenced, the order is final and non-refundable.

    All design concepts, sketches, CAD models, and related creative materials remain the intellectual property of Isobel Carveles at all times.

    Our curated, online antique collection comprises one-of-a-kind, ready-to-wear pieces, each subject to availability. Antique pieces purchased through our website may be returned in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.

    Each antique piece which is individually sourced and reserved specifically for you. Due to the bespoke and time-sensitive nature of antique acquisitions, once the purchase has been confirmed, the order is final and non-refundable.

    While we take great care to present each piece as accurately as possible, slight variations in colour, texture, and scale may occur. These differences reflect both the individual character of antique items and variations in screen displays.

  • When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.

  • When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of the return shipping is handled by the customer.
